Having had two lunches at the Dores Inn, we were left on both occasions feeling like we had experienced the best. The food is wonderful, especially the sea bass, the mussels and the lamb shanks. Sticky toffee and prune pudding with cream was a great choice for pudding. Service is friendly and warm; the restaurant was cozy and welcoming; everything was fabulous. They even have a sign saying Dogs Welcome. Afterwards we had a two hour hike through the forest right next to the Inn, to walk off the excellent fare. Do make a booking, especially on the weekends, as the place gets (understandably) busy and popular.
