I have the pleasure of submitting a review for a fantastic bed and breakfast in Inverness. I would feel sorry for anyone who stayed in Inverness but did not book to stay here! We arrived early and after telephoning the owners we were welcomed into their home and just chilled in the lovely room. The welcoming cakes and warm hospitality was greatly appreciated. Great night's sleep nd fantastic breakfast. I cannot think of any improvement to An Grianan, I hope that if we return to Inverness we can book again.

Guys, we are bowled over by this review making our response embarrassingly difficult, I am of course delighted that you were so pleased with your stay, that you felt relaxed and comfortable which is always our aim. I am pleased you enjoyed your cakes, I love baking and do so daily its a form of relaxing for me and extra pleasing when it is so appreciated.
All it remains is for me to thank you very much for your very positive review and hope we can welcome you back to An Grianan sometime soon, many thanks Terri and Eddie

We recently spent 3 nights at this B&B (early April). A lovely comfortable B&B, very clean, tidy and quiet. Our room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely wit plenty of choice. Lorraine was particularly impressed with the fresh fruit salad. Our hosts were very pleasant and nothing as too much trouble. The home made cakes on arrival (and in the afternoon) were a really nice touch.
The B&B is literally 5 minutes walk from the town centre and perhaps 6-7 minutes from the rail and bus stations.
Inverness is a lovely little City and we found several really nice restaurants.
Thoroughly recommended if you are visiting Inverness.

Hi both, thanks for taking time out to review us, and delighted to hear that you so enjoyed your stay and that both the fresh fruit salad and home baking were enjoyed. Once the summer months come in and our own soft fruits are available the fresh fruit salads are even nicer.
I agree Inverness is a lovely spot and so easy for exploring the highlands, you can go head far west or north for the day and have the benefits of the city to come back to in the evenings.
Look forward to you returning to see us again sometime in the future.

Thank you very much! We had a wonderful night in Inverness. The hosts were very friendly and the rooms are amazing! Clean and very lovely!
Good system how to order the breakfast, very lovely welcome cupcakes, short walking distance to city centre, helpful hosts.

Room Tip: We had the normal double and twin room, both very lovely and clean!

I recently stayed at this property with a mate from Canada and booked almost last minute but terry was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome..
Nothing was too much and as i work as a tour operator myself I was amazed by how she was so pro-active and answered a million qns and options for us during our stay there even though it did not involve any "add ons " to her.
Really lovely rooms..Good breakfast..nice location..felt like home..
thank you terry..(can you believe they blasted a Rod stewart tune in the jacobite boat!!..will go hunting the ness man in doone next)

thanks guys for the very positive review, although your stay was short I think you both made the most of your time here, exploring the city, the restaurants, the malt whiskies! and of course the trip on the loch looking for Nessie, glad we could help with advice and info to help you to make the best choices for your interests. Perhaps you will make it back one day for a longer visit and you can explore the beauty of the Highlands.
