“One of my favorites!”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

This was one of my favorite dining experiences in the UK. Our waitress was a very polite lady. We ordered a mini burger appetizer, which I reccommend. Then, I ordered a mushrooms risotto. This meal was unforgettable and the reastaurant atmosphere helps making this experience being amazing.
This restaurant has all my praises.

“My now Favourite place to eat”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

Visited the Kitchen again yesterday 16th Oct 2013 and loved every moment of our visit. The food was amazing, I am very fussy and asked for garlic mayo with the popcorn prawns as wasn't keen on roasted red pepper mayo that came with it but gave it a try and loved it. Food is amazing, tempura batter is superb on the food, the fishcake was fab and great to see it come as a ball rather than the flat things you normally get. Presentation of food is fab, love love love the place, a lot of folk talk about its sister restaurant the Mustard Seed which is very good too but I much prefer the Kitchen, we sat on the ground floor and had lovely views across the river. We have decided to visit more often and if you haven't been you wont be disappointed, there is a good valur lunch for £6.95 for 2 courses or you can pick from the brasserie menu too. Cant wait to come back - FAB FAB FAB place

“Disappointed with the food and service”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

Was really looking forward to our evening meal but found the food to be lacking in quantity (ordered from the early supper menu @ £11.95 for 2 courses). The chicken I had was dry and the amount of mash served with it was pitiful, was still hungry afterwards. My husband's steak was a bit chewy, the fat had not been rendered properly, and he was not satisfied with the amount of potatoes and vegetables that accompanied his meal. He also overheard a few of the female members of staff moaning about some of the diners, not very professional.

First time i ate here i had a funghi taglitelle. was delicious. was hoping it would still be on the menu when i went back, alas, no such luck, so i had the venison, pear and brie salad. omg perfect. love it. would eat here every day if i could. Pricey but not expensive. great quality. love it. Deserts are stunning also.

“Great spot for lunch”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

The menu is of a high quality and is fantastic value. The service is really friendly and if you get a table by the window you have excellent views of River Ness. Well worth a visit.
