June was the most welcoming host ever. The interior was very pretty and you felt like home immediately. Everything was provided in our room / bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. The location and the view was amazing. The best of all was the great breakfast in the morning. I would recommend it to everybody I know and would definitely come back if I'll go to Wick again. June and this wonderful place is the reason I became a hugh fan of bed&breakfasts because they are more personal than hugh hotels.

We decided to visit Wick at short notice with no knowledge of the B&Bs. We found the Seaview on the internet and it definitely lived up to its name with uninterupted sea views from both our room and the guest lounge. The accommodation was clean and fresh and our hostess June gave us a warm welcome. June was full of helpful local information and was always on-hand to give advice and directions. The lounge was packed with leaflets about places to go and things to do and contained a TV, videos and books for our enjoyment. The breakfast was great. We would certainly recommend the Seaview to anyone visiting Wick and it will be our first port of call if we're ever back in the area.

Thank you June for the wonderful stay. Very informative and always sent us in the right direction. The B&B was lovely with great views and breakfast was delicious! Going north in scotland is a must as it has the most beautiful views.

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the warm hospitality of June who couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and there was a guest lounge over looking the sea.
We enjoyed our Scottish breakfast and found all the advice on the area extremely useful and helpful. Would recommend!

Landed here on a wet and foggy day after beginning my end to end cycle. Found it by accident. The first impressions are of a clean old fashioned bed and breakfast but the owner June is just the best. She helped dry my clothes. Not ensuite in my rooom (others are ensuite) but no problem with spotless toilet and showers. Shampoo and stuff available if you forgot your own. Breakfast is the business. Charmed by the view of the high waves and by the welcoming atmosphere. Do use this bed and breakfast it was a standard above most of the others encountered in 15 days of cycling. I will be back.

Nice place to stay, great breakfast. Good location. I would highly reccomend staying there. the owner is very friendly. Big bathroom, we did not have to bring towels as they are provided. There is a living room that you can use. Small and cosy B&B.

This is how a B&B should be like. Warm, welcoming and with the highest quality. Superb Scottish breakfast and a view overlooking the bay. This B&B comes highly recommended.
A perfect place to stay during an exploration of Northen Scotland or as a stop on travel to Orkney.
