We enjoyed a fabulous stay here last year. The cottage is in an ideal location for heading up the mountain but still within an easy walking distance of the town and is situated in a lovely peaceful area. The cottage is beautifully and tastefully decorated and is well equipped. Only negative is that we were unable to visit again this year! An excellent property and highly recommended.

The house is in the perfect location with about a 5 minute walk to the Hilton and 20 mins into the main town! Wouldn't hesitate to recommended to others and we have in fact booked our return stay!

We have just returned home from a lovely weeks stay at 2 Dellmhor cottages and have nothing but praise for the place. The cottage is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area yet just far enough out of the town to be blissfully quiet at night. Turn right out of the property and the Rothiemurcus visitor centre with its farm shop and delicious cafe is a mere 5 minute stroll away whilst Aviemore is barely 10 minutes further on. Turn left and the road leads you past Loch Morlich and onto the Cairngorm mountain range. The cottage itself is very comfortable and clean and very well appointed with all the home comforts you could wish for. We are a family of 4 with two girls of 6 and 16 months and find the cottage to be a real home from home, so much so that we have have now stayed here twice and hope to return again.
The owners are a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in providing you with plenty of information prior to your visit. It is clear that they take great pride in the property. Overall I cannot fault the cottage of the area and would recommend it to anyone.

The house is modern well equipped and excellently located. The house is spacious and comfortable with a very high standard of finish. There is everything you need for a few days or even a week or so to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

We will be booking again.

Spent a lovely family weekend in this beautifully refurbished house. Very spacious and plenty room for us all. Very tasteful decorated and in keeping with a traditional, but modern Scottish theme throughout. Plenty crockery, cutlery & glass ware for the self catering needs. Very comfortable beds and the bunk beds are a great size for adults also. Ate in La Taverna restaurant which was good value and family friendly & about a 20 minute walk from the house. Visited the Hilton Colymbridge hotel to use the park, pool & soft play areas, and had a quick lunch in the dinner there at the soft play area. 5 minute walk through a woodland "secret" pathway. Will definitely visit again and spend longer next time. Good communication from the owner and a helpful welcome pack with information is there to read. Nice touches with the personalised soaps and coffee machine. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Thankyou Susan for a wonderful 5 week stay. The house was just right for us. Even though the weather wasnt great we still had a lovely time. With walks and bike tracks right on your doorstep we were never stuck for places to go. The kids loved going for walks to the Lilly Loch and throwing stones onto the ice.
On really wet days we saught refuge up at the Coylumbridge swimming pool and the little ones loved the Fun House. All in all, whatever the time of year, or whatever the weather, there is plenty to keep everyone occupied and active. We will definately stay here again.
