Great value for money. Deserves the 4 **** Guest House. Very warm rooms (heated), full breakfast, very helpful staff including the owner. Keep on like this Jonathan...Greeting from London, Lucian

We chose this after a quick look on the internet after planning a last minute trip to see the Polar bear in her new home at HIghland Wildlife Park and it was a great find.
Lovely family room for my husband, myself and our 2 year old. We took our baby monitors and were able to relax in the lounge once our daughter had gone to sleep.
Amazing breaksfast with wonderful choice.
Would highly recommend and certainly will stay again on our next trip. We normally stay at the Macdonald HIghland Hotel for the facilities however this was much better value and far more of a personal touch.
We stayed at Ravenscraig after reading such good reviews about it, and we weren't disappointed. We were 2 familys consisting of 4 adults and 4 children and we stayed in 2 of the lodges out the back and were very impressed with them. They were very bright and warm and tastefully decorated. The shower room was spacious and supplied well with quality towels, toiletries and bath robe. The shower was brilliant, the best we've ever had with plenty of hot water. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfasts were 1st class with quality food that couldn't be faulted in any way with a great selection. Would recommend you try the black pudding yumyum.
My teenage daughter and I stayed here our first night before beginning the Speyside Way the next morning; we had a nice warm welcome, and a great breakfast to start us out right. Certainly one of the best hot showers you will ever have in a B and B.
We have used Ravenscraig for many years as a home from home while doing fieldwork in the Highlands, from Glasgow University. However our latest visit, last week, suggests they have upped their game. For the grand total of 90 quid for three of us for the night (an international crew: Scotland, Mexico and Kuwait) , we got lovely rooms, I think renovated since my last visit, certainly the en suite facilities in our rooms were brand new, and a breakfast to die for (I seriously recommend their black pudding). They were also very accommodating for a muslim guest's brekky requirements: nothing was a problem. We'd also recommend the Skiing Doo restaurant just down the road for a quirky night out (check out their mad ceiling!) with wonderful chilli and fantastic steaks, also excellent house red at less than 12 quid a litre....
We were impressed.

stayed at this guest house for my birthday, we had been given a smart box for xmas so decided to go to aviemore. We were given a complimentory bottle of wine and a basket of fruit, both of which were very good. The owners were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had gorgeous views over the cairngorm mountains, and was immaculate. Breakfast was great the choices were endless. Ravenscraig is well worth a visit.
