Two nights here proved to be challenging, mainly due to the number of children who appeared to be hyper and out with any form of control. Staff are without doubt some of the best I have encountered, they deserve medals having to cope with brats day after day .
Nice touch is the way they separate the diners at breakfast, children & parents in one room (bedlam) , with other guests in a smaller side room. It's great, just like a zoo - you can see them through the glass but they can't get at you.
Food at breakfast is good and bar meals top quality. Recommend the Black Angus burger. Worst part of the stay was the damp smell in the corridors, tired paint work etc.More
