I went here with my partner and was a little disappointed with the state of the interior, the tables where decent enough, as was the flooring however the walls where very dated and made for an unpleasant setting.
On to the food, as a starter we ordered a bhaji and a chicken chat, the bhaji was fairly good to be honest however the chat was a little bland and didn't really compare to other more quality restaurants.
As a main we had a tikka massala and a chilli garlic chicken, again both where fairly bland with little to no taste.
As a rule in Aviemore you tend to pay over the odds for food, and this was no different. Without wine the bill came to over £50, for 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 rice and a naan, with two cokes.
What i would say for the place though is that despite the rest of the town being very quiet the curry house was fairly busy with a few bigger groups. I think the main problem with this place is the lack of competition in the area means they do not have to be as creative and improve constantly
