“fab burgers”
Reviewed July 17, 2012

If you want a great burger go to this place. There was a big choice of meals but we opted for two different burgers (my husband's had pineapple on his!). The burgers were top quality and with the chips and a side order of onion rings (huge and wonderfully crispy) between us, we actually couldn't manage a dessert. Well worth a visit

“Big Tasty Burgers served with a smile”
Reviewed July 16, 2012

Noticed how busy this venue was in passing, always a good sign in my opinion, so gave it a go.
Waitress appeared instantly and took drinks orders and then gave us a decent time to review the menu.We enjoyed the large shred nachos with refried beans as a starter until our hand made burgers arrived, and what an entry!
The choice of individual burgers was wide and I opted for a "Manhattan" which was served with salad, fries and home made coleslaw".I have a hearty appetite but this burger was massive and I only just managed.Tasty smoky sauce with the burger but the ketchup should be on the table at all times and not on request! The chips were that warm crispy dry variety that I enjoy and my partner raved about her spicy chicken burger in similar terms.
No comments about the desserts as it would have been impossible to sample them by this stage as the portions of starters and mains were awesome.
We left , requited and all for under £30, including gratuities, great value in a bustling venue which was very enjoyable as the staff are obviously geared up to be available at table and food comes in a decent time.Well done all at Roos leap!!

“Burgers are good”
Reviewed July 11, 2012

The burgers are very good, but the chips and coleslaw do not really match the burger.
Nice environment although you are in the train station, be warned for the 9:30 diesel sleeper train going past.

Probably the best burger I've had in a long time, and the choice available on the menu should be enough for anyone
