This is a fairly new facility which is in the process of refurbishment but this in no way affected any of the large group being supported. Staff were very attentive and the rooms were changed quickly to accommodate needs. A very positive experience with a very professional but human approach.

Room tip: Some rooms have lower single beds that help those who may struggled with the big luxury doubles, they are just as comfortable.

I recently stayed for two nights in this new premier inn , I had a disabled room and it was excellent the room itself was very big and access was great , it is still being done up and I'm sure when it's finished it will be even better , the staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I will definitely revisit and definitely recommend

I was here for a weekend break- 22nd April, a mixture of work and leisure. Location was fabulous, close to motorway, shopping centre nearby, walking distance. Room was excellent, spacious, good TV with HDMI and mobile and laptop connectivity. We could plug in our hard drive and watch movies via the HDMI cable. Staff were extremely friendly, especially Patrick Gilmartin who was excellent despite us coming late to check in on first night. He made us feel welcome not only in the hotel but also as visitors in Scotland. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed here on business. No restaurant on site so had to cross the road to the local pub for dinner. A group of asylum seekers were hanging around outside the hotel and we're looking at me, which made me feel quite anxious. (The reception confirmed that they do accommodate asylum seekers in the hotel). Felt quite vulnerable and will never be staying here again. There was also a strong smell of smoking on the bedroom floors.

Slow check-in as there are no self service machine's , It took 10 minutes as there was a problem with their system. No bath, no restaurant, not a very good premier Inn. Ainsley wouldn't be waking up wonderful.
