Lovely big house with all mod cons great for big family's and friends .very easy to find from Glasgow with loads of parking outside .20 min walk to city centre if u fancy it our 5min cab ride .the owner is really nice and she keeps in touch during your stay . Overall great house and location we will be staying again.
We booked this place as there's 10 of us staying over and we needed somewhere near the City Centre, but not too near. The place is excellent on both counts, in a nice up and coming area of Glasgow. Thought Glasgow was fabulous, with its pubs, shops, museums and restaurants. We had a weekend which ticked all the boxes for everyone. Plenty of culture and good food and half decent beer now in Scotland!!! Recommend the Transport Museum, the KelvinGrove Museums. The Drygate Brewery and the West Breweries are superb for great food and beer. Loved it and would go back to the house and the city.
We were in Scotland to attend our daughters wedding. I had an text from Lala upon landing at the airport. We arrived at the house early and met with a representative that showed us around and explained about the heating etc. There were 9 in our group ranging in age from 84 to 4. The house was perfect for a large group. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a washing machine on premise and lots of drying racks especially since we were travelling with children. The location was great just minutes to the train which we took to city center and Edinburgh. Lala kept in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure all was good. Lovely property.
