Visited with family to celebrate my dads 60th birthday. Table was booked but despit this on arrival the waiter was unsure where to seat us so we embarassingly stood about whilst he found us a table. It then took 30 mins for the waiter to come set the table and another 15 mins to take our order- this was after I had gone up and asked him and his colleagues to do so. Starters were really good but the there was a ridiculous wait of over an hour to get mains after I harassed 4 different waiters. By this time no one was really in the mood to eat and we had to rush as it was getting so late. Food was really tasty and only reason we stayed after the starters. Service was a joke and the manager did apologise but it's still not really good enough as I am unlikely to return. Apparently staff members hadn't turned up for their shift. This experience wasn't only exclusive to my family. Another table nearby were getting sick of waiting for their food too. It was a Saturday night but the wait really was excessive-especially with a young baby
