“Little gem of the east end”
Reviewed February 28, 2014

I have been in Tibo more than a few times. You can have a nice catch up with your friends over the nice bottle of wine and coffees or you can have amazing romantic meal with your other half. They serve very fresh food and update their daily specials regularly. Service is always very polite and helpful. It's one of those places that makes you want to come back.

Did I mention I love their soups!?

Loved this place since I tried their beetroot, banana and chilli soup a few years ago- always have wonderfully tasty homemade soups and sandwiches. Service is always friendly and attentive.

“Fantastic food and atmosphere”

Great place for a drink and lovely food. Recommend the steak sandwich any day. The staff are attentive and if your looking for somewhere to eat and drink in Duke Street, you can't go wrong here.

“Exquisite food, attentive staff and such a relaxed feeling to it.”
Reviewed February 17, 2014

When you enter this cafe you instantly feel chilled and laid back, I really feel this is where independent cafe/restaurants come in to their own.
Firstly we had come in for a coffee and a hot chocolate but as you do we picked up the menu and we were blown away with the thought and quality that had went into making this menu it can only be matched with what was served up to us from starter to main then finally the sublime dessert the food was of the highest order.

Firstly we had the mediterranean style platter - a lovely starter very tasty and fresh now to the best bit!!! seabass was out of this world served with rice and a coriander jus simply a joy to eat!! My better half had the Scottie-Tibo a lovely haggis/beefburger concoction with hand cut chips a good wholesome meal.
And finally to the dessert white chocolate cheesecake so so so good!!! homemade with a real depth to the taste and texture simply awesome.

All I can say is go in for a cuppa take a look at the menu and let this cafe take you for a chilled uplifting eating experience that will make you want to re-visit again and again.
