Description: Release your inner strumpet at the Kama Sutra, a salacious Indian on Glasgow's Sauchiehall Street. A truly tantalising feast for the senses, this intimate candlelit restaurant boasts a menu with titles including 'Saucy Suggestions' and 'Old Flames'. The exotic eastern cuisine includes favourites such as the popular karahi bhoona, and low-calorie curries such as the salmon and prawn masala. The Mixed Thali menu gives set menu options for two, or if you're feeling abnormally audacious, four. Popular for business lunches and parties, the Kama Sutra restaurant attracts both tourists and locals, and has a downstairs function room with DJs and a karaoke machine.

Had a very enjoyable pre theatre meal here, a warm welcome when entering and the staff (Ankita) were ever so pleasant and helpful, the food was delicious and service was prompt. A nice atmosphere about the place and value for money, would recommend going here.

We had a meal here before the theatre; it was by far the nicest place open early in that area. The staff were incredibly nice and the food was excellent. they had a great array of vegetarian meals which is often rare to find in Scotland. I would go out of my way to eat here again when visiting Glasgow. Try the Saag Aloo.

Really good food with great service. We opted for the KS due to the large choice on the pre-theatre menu. 2 starters and mains for £20....at a really high standard. you cant ask for better. The place itself is spotless and has a cosy feel to it with attentive staff. Well worth a visit.

Had a great night in Glasgow to visit the new Hydro and see Rod Stewart, but before that my hubby and I wanted a decent meal. We came across the Kama Sutra and were instantly impressed. The friendly welcome and quick, attentive service was appreciated. We opted for the pre-theatre meal and we were not disappointed. Food was excellent. Can't fault this restaurant and would recommend a visit.

Dropped in for a pre theatre before a night out on the town, picked this restaurant at random, wow, random was correct this time, discovered an intimate, authentic, restaurant, with staff happy to help, food was excellent and can easily recommend this place, it has a relaxed atmosphere that only added to the whole customer experience.

Was I impressed, and will we return YES to both !
