“Always worth a visit”
Reviewed January 12, 2014

There is always something to look at in the galleries although I'm not a big fan of Hollister. I wouldn't recommend eating in the galleries as there are some nice places around Glasgow but for shopping it is good fun.

“Good place”

Normally come here with friends to get away from the elements

Not a huge fan of the restaurant area its quite dear and they don't change the menus. So the range of food is boring . only down side.

Wish they kept the cupcake stall. The cupcakes were amazing lovely staff selling them.

The shops are fine. They don't have a sports shop. if they had that it would be better meant if the weather was bad you could just pop into the sports shops inside. Meant you didn't need to go outside

There is a jd sports facing the centre but vey limited

“Lovely range of shops ”

Lots of stores only thing that let it down was signage as difficult to navigate. To which facilities were available and where to find rest rooms or exit for getting to station with ease

“If you want to visit, don't take your car!”
Reviewed December 5, 2013

Buchanan Galleries is a a fairly well appointed mall at the top of Buchanan Street. There is a good variety of stores but the overriding memory of the mall for us was the car park - I have never had a worse experience! After shopping, we got into our car at around 4pm and after an hour we had moved approximately 30 feet. It turned out that the entire car park was gridlocked and our chances of getting out from the 6th floor were negligible. We ended up having to abandon our car and come back the next day and we were not alone. I understand they are going to tear down the car park & replace it with another store and that can't happen too soon. We were told afterwards that most people go there on foot, by bus, subway or cab but not by car. You have been warned!

A great shopping centre. Great shops inc john lewis, hollister, a huge boots and loads more! Great baby change facilities. Good seperate toilets that you can take a buggy into(if you have kids) food court not that great but there is a john lewis cafe and a costa coffee and a wee cafe on the ground floor next to john lewis or there is a few places to eat just outside it.
