City centre Glasgow en route to the rest of Scotland can be challenging to drive. Once we arrived at George Street Parking we could relax. Premier Inn is immediately next to the car park and the reception was brisk, efficient and very welcoming. They sorted out a problem we brought with us immediately and gave us all the information we needed clearly and efficiently. Clean functional and comfortable room. Good breakfast that set us up for the day with wide choice and good value for money. Hotel in good position to visit central Glasgow - a great city to see and experience....

Room Tip: Room on Floor One was good...

Everything I had expected and more - with particular mention of the extremely pleasant and helpful staff on duty in the breakfast room. How good to see that dirty plates etc. are removed from your table as soon as you have finished with them and you are not left to finish your breakfast among a pile of used utensils.
This was my first stay in a Premier Inn and will not be my last. The room was clean and comfortable - excellent shower and the location good for both Glasgow stations.

We booked for 2 couples for 1 night 7.10.12. All the staff were really professional and friendly. Our room was fine - bed really comfy which is not always the case in these type of establishments. We decided to have dinner on the premises - service from Jack & Dom was fab - very efficient & helpful. Meal was very good and reasonably priced. Only negative was that there was no toilet near bar/restaurant - you either have to go downstairs or back to your room - very strange! NCP car park straight across the road which cost £17 for 24 hrs. Would stay here again - good value especially if you get "saver" rate.

A very comfortable bed, in a quiet room with pleasant view over green trees, clean, spacious, and central. Good friendly service. Good value for money. A choice of 3 breakfast types, with plenty of fresh fruit & good yoghurt.

Booked for 1 night with husband, and 2 kids (4yr and 10months) due to attending wedding. Husband tried to check-in at 2pm with no rooms ready, receptionist really unhelpful, cheeky and bit of an attitude with him, no alternatives offered, husband and children needing to get changed to attend wedding, no rooms offered, eventually let them use the male toilets, adding further stress to my husband's day, getting ready in a cubicle with a 4yr old and child in pram plus all the luggage. Toilets accessed using key card which he could not get as not checked in so had to wait about at lifts until someone appeared to let him back to reception, delaying him further. Luggage had to be left in left luggage at 2:30/2:40pm due to rooms still not ready and had to get to wedding for 3pm! When attempted to retrieve luggage, different numbers had been put on cases as to what we had, therefore wouldn't release luggage at first, took some persuasion. Spoke to Duty Manager regarding the whole issue and her attitude was couldn't really care less! Will definatley not being staying here or recommending this hotel again and has put doubt in my mind over Premier Inn as a whole.
