“Best soup I've ever had in Glasgow”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2014

This is a favourite haunt for me and my foodie colleagues.
The soups taste homemade, and are simmering in hot pots which is great as they are ready to eat quickly. (No microwaving: no way). The range of soup here is quite different to any other soup place on the street, as they have bold worldly flavours: spicy, mexican, thai, moroccan, usually with chucky veg and lots of fibre. They have a simple or bold option depending on how adventurous you want to be. They also do the humble lentil, mushroom soups as well. Only one that let me down was the chicken noodle, which I found a bit watery.Otherwise consistently tasty.

Look out for the Chicken hotpot on Wednesdays. It tastes like a creamy white gratin stew with a short crust of pastry sitting on the top, making you feel like you're eating a pie. The pastry slowly softens into the stew making this a lunch to remember.
Service is often quick and friendly. Bit pricey, but the big soup fills you up.
*Please note there is no bar, but tripadvisor won't let me select a null option*

“Eat - The Real Food Company - airside, Edinburgh airport”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2013

So bad, you're glad you leaving! Coffee is weak and flavourless. You struggle to attract their attention they are having such a good time behind the counter. They speak to you in halting english - patronising, or they point, as if mute.
