Fantastic Hotel - staff couldn't do more for us, room was HUGE and exceptionally clean and tidy. Room was very reasonable as well as the breakfast. Facilities excellent and hotel fairly new. Excellent location - close to nightlife, restaurants and shops! Perfect sleep too. We were on the 18th floor too so had amazing views of Glasgow. One of the best premier inn's i've stayed in.

I recently stayed here after booking a room in the sale (£19) and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is new so is super clean. It is a budget hotel so you dont expect it to be luxurious, but it offered all the basics that you need. The room is in the centre of Glasgow so ideal for shopping, concerts etc. Its only a few minutes walk from Queen Street Station. The staff were all amazing, they couldnt do enough. We were suppose to have a twin room but the second bed was not made up. When we reported this they happily gave us a second room to use, along with the first! The staff on greeting us were friendly and helpful, as were the night staff and bar staff. Even at the normal rate I would stay here again.

Room Tip: If you want a superb view over Glasgow ask for a high floor (there are 18 floors!)

Just returned from a weekend stay at this Premier Inn. We booked a 2 night stay for £29 a night for a double room. We were surprised to find reception on the second floor but there were lifts to take you up. Check in was friendly if a little slow (you can tell this place hasn't been open too long and there's a feeling of everyone finding their feet still). Unfortunately the first room we were allocated hadn't been cleaned so I left my husband there and went back down to reception and was quickly given a different room on another floor. This room was spotless and nicely decorated (used to be a Holiday Inn I think and has been refurbished to a very high standard)! There are 18 floors with 15 rooms on each one. We were on the fifth floor. We were very impressed with the lack of noise from anywhere - inside or out! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely, so clean and the shower was great. You would never know that you were right in the centre of Glasgow. Out the front door and you are literally a few seconds walk from the shops. Sauchiehall street is a stones throw away! We didn't have breakfast in the restaurant but instead went to Wetherspoons which was 5 minutes walk. The breakfast deals here were fantastic - anything from a bacon roll to a full traditional breakfast and VERY reasonably priced!! There's also Pret - a - Manger, Starbucks and Costa Coffee within a very short distance too so don't feel you have to fork out the £8.25! Check out was at 12 noon and was just a case of leaving your key cards and going. Can't recommend this place highly enough - friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, competitively priced and a location to die for - we won't stay anywhere else in Glasgow again!!

When checking in the systems were down and we were directed to someone else's room. So we had to waste time going back to reception but the staff were great and very apologetic gave us a new room.

the restaurant is great the staff are always happy to help... caitlin in particular. Food was great and good value. breakfast in the morning has great choice.

overall other than small problems we had a great stay and would definitely be back.

Just back from staying one night in this hotel - didn't realise until looking at these reviews that it was quite so new, but was an enjoyable, if slightly different experience. The first thing that was apparent from the start was that the whole experience was going to be ultra-modern. No friendly leisurely check-in with the usual form filling and so on, but into a check-in area with a row of ATM like check-in stations. There were staff on hand to guide you through this experience, who I have to say were all excellent in their friendliness, but it was slightly reminiscent of being helped through the self checkout at B&Q! Room itself was excellent, couldn't fault it in any way and had a fantastic nights sleep. Food was great, again staff very friendly, and it was all great value for money - £36.50 for 3 course dinner, bed and all you can eat breakfast. Has 18 floors, so be prepared to make a lot of lift journeys! It does the job brilliantly, and is great value for money and a fantastic central location. The only thing I would say from a personal point of view is that it is all a bit soul-less. While the staff are all very friendly, I don't think I saw one staff member over 25 the whole time I was there, and there was that little niggle in the back of my mind of "who's in charge, does everyone know what they're doing?", but I'm sure they all do, I think I'm just getting old!
