Tried this restaurant on Friday night for the first time and found it to be very cosy, welcoming and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. Jamie, the Manager, is a very nice young man and takes the time to get to know his customers. Food was superb and very tasty indeed. Good value for money and we will certainly be back on a regular basis. Oh....the music was fabulous and added to the total ambience. We wish you every success Jamie. Should also mention that the cava is superb.

I have visited this place twice in the last two weeks. The staff were very warm and welcoming taking time to go over the menu with us.
I had 3 tapas on recommendation of the staff on first visit, sardines , black pudding and chorizo. All were presented excellently and were freshly prepared full of flavour.
On my recent visit i had mackerel, tuna based salad and chicken with vegetable stew. Again the food was presented freshly prepared and tasted superb.
This time i opted for desert of fudge cake, which although tasted wonderful i was unable to finish due to being filled by the tapas .

This is one tapas bar that offers value for money and a real quality of food. It has an excellent selection and is going to take a few more visits to work my way through the menu. The staff can't help enough and you can sense the passion behind the food they present. A lovely touch was also being presented with bread and olives upon arrival from the house.

In short, if you enjoy Spanish tapas then you must check this place out. You won't regret it.

Finally, getting around to reviewing our new fave restaurant in Glasgow, after several visits since it opened 4-5 weeks ago. Great tasty tapas, good atmosphere, excellent service and good value for money. Jamie and his staff make you feel very welcome at this new little restaurant in Glasgow. It is located in Cardonald, corner of Paisley Road West at Berryknowes Road. (Previously the Italian restaurant). The restaurant is run by Jamie, who is very informative when describing the menu choices (his dad co-runs Malaga Tapas and Jamie now seems to be giving his dad a run for his money! )The restaurant is already attracting many regular diners, even although it has only been opened a few weeks. Me and my family are there almost every week. Do pay them a visit. Jamie will make you feel very welcome. Pre-theatre menu 3 tapas, dessert or coffee for £9.95, also a lunch menu, 2 tapas, dessert or coffee £5.95. The wine, sangria, beer and spanish brandies are also very good.

Taken there by a friend. At first glance it is not overly appealing from the outside but as the saying goes, dont judge a book by its cover. It was lovely inside and the service and food were top quality. We enjoyed a mixture of tapas and a lovely rioja. The manager even gave us a complimentary orange liquer at the end. Worth the effort to find.

Sitting at traffic lights I noticed a Spanish flag flying outside what was our local Italian Restaurant. It must be under new management says I. We must go and try it we say together and we are glad we did. A lunchtime visit two days later was very pleasant. Choice of two tapas from the menu and a dessert for £5.95 which were very tasty. Service was excellent and a nice chilled Estrella washed it down well. They are offering a early evening dinner for £9.95 which gives 3 tapas and a dessert from the same menu. Well worth a visit
