Tried this place as fancied a good quality Asian and feel Asia Style has been on the slide. Was pleased with the food really tasty, good portions and good value. Service was a bit slow and decor with the grey tiles feels like a bathroom, if they improved on that would be good enough for 5 stars. Well worth a visit.

Was brought here by a friend and ever since then its been a staple in our eating out calendar.
The staff are super friendly, nothing is ever a problem and the service quick and efficient.

The food is incredible. Far from the MSG loaded stuff in other places, the food is fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. There is a massive range to choose from and given the reasonable prices, its not expensive to try something different.

You don't want to miss this place.

I now will only eat Chinese in this restaurant when in Glasgow. I will only take new visitors to Glasgow to eat here as a way of showing the fantastic food in small, hidden restaurants that the city offers.

The food will blow you away. I've never had a meal and not been impressed but no one I've taken to eat here has had any cause to criticise. It's THAT good!

I eat here maybe two to three times per month, the staff are always friendly, accommodating and efficient without rushing you out the door. Had my 40th birthday meal here - again, it's THAT good!

We tried both asia style and asian gourmet this month. With asian gourmet coming out on top being the firm favourite! on arrival we where told they dont accept card but would reserve us a table and pointed us in the direction of the nearest bank only 2 mins away. after being seated we where brought some green tea and beansprouts with carrot in a chilli oil, lovely start to what was to be an excellent evening at asian gourmet, as stated in previous reviews there is 2 menus we chickend out and ordered from the non authentic menu. W had spare ribs and spring rolls to start, cannot fault either they where both great exactly what I wanted,I had the double cooked szechuen pork which was excellent(order without the fat) My compainion had the honeyed duck breast and that is exactly what is was a duck breast in pure honey with what may have been pineapple through it, it was very tasty! both came with sticky delicious rice. also the chinese beer was an excellent accompliment. after such big tasty portions we never had room for dessert but where brought a sliced orange which was fresh and juicy, a lovely ending to a fantastic meal, the prices where really cheap only about £30 for all of the above!! also the service was excellent very attentive staff, friendly and helpfull, smiles all round:) also this place does home delivery !!!

We had intended to go to Asia Style, but it's been a while since we'd been, and we were put off by the poor reviews, so we decided to give this one a try. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by Kong, who brought us a pot of green tea and a plate of tasty beansprouts with a chilli dressing. My ( gigantic portion) of stir fried lamb with cumin and coriander was delicious, as was my daughter-in-law's soft shell crab with chilli. We had plain chow mein and rice as accompaniments, both lovely. The menu has two sections, the " authentic" one, with things like frogs' legs, duck feet, marinated pigs' trotters, as well as our lamb and crab, and a more " traditional" one with all the usual Chinese staples.
No license here, but you can BYOB and pay corkage, and they serve a variety of soft drinks. After the meal they'll bring you an orange, or you can choose from a dessert menu, with all of them being around the £3.50 mark. Our bill for the two hearty mains, rice and noodles, and three soft drinks was £29. Excellent value.
No cards accepted, so it's cash only.
On our way past Asia Style at around 8 o' clock, there were only four people eating, while Asian Gourmet was nearly full.
