This was my first time visiting Viva Brazil, heard a lot of good things about it.
We visited on Thursday evening, was pretty busy for a week night but then there was a concert on locally which may have explained it. We were made very welcome, the waiter was very enthusiastic and explained the process for those who hadn't been before.
Salads were nice and fresh with a great selection, but you don't really visit for that. The meat was brilliant, my advice is to go easy on the initial servings (Cheaper meat like sausage, chicken breast, pork) and hold out for the rump and sirloin steaks - the meat servers (I forget the name, wasn't being rude) will happily give you a number of cuts without hesitation if you wish.
All in all, great cooked meat, welcoming and helpful staff, nice clean facility and it's in the city centre. I'll certainly be going back.
