We dropped into this cafe on a very wet Sunday. The choice of food was very good. We had soup and then jacket potatoes and a macaroni cheese between 3 of us.The soup was very good, clearly home made with a good portion of fresh bread. Both of the jackets were very tasty with a lovely side salad. The macaroni cheese was delicious too. The service was very good too. It was clear we were not locals and the lady serving made a point of chatting to us and when we asked for directions was very helpful. The cafe was closing for the owners holiday for two weeks that day but I was impressed at how much fresh food they still had and how thoughtful and considerate the staff all were. If we are back in Glasgow we would return.
