“Great Pre- Theatre”
Reviewed April 8, 2014

My friend and I were out for the day and popped into this lovely restaurant. They had a pre-theatre menu in the window (5-6.30) but when we went in (about 5.30) were only given the a la carte menu and had to ask for the pre theatre. This is the only fault though- we had chicken poori (£1 extra) and chicken chaat, followed by chicken tikka masala and south indian garlic chilli chicken with rice and nan to share, all delicious! We will be back!

“Saturday night curry”
Reviewed April 5, 2014 via mobile

Dropped into the Masala Twist early on a Saturday evening on the off chance they'd have a table available. Glad we did!

Tender and spicy Tandoori prawn, creamy chicken Lucknow and fluffy naan bread all served by friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be back!

“Very Good”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

I had a Deal for this Byres Road Restaurant which is great value for money. The starters are fab , we had Haggis Pakora and spiced mushrooms & paid extra for this. Portions are very good. Our Curry were fab and again the portion are very good. I think the only negative thing is the House White wine is a bit pricey at 13.95. But all in all great value for money and a very tasty treat.

“Couldn't fault it!”
Reviewed March 11, 2014

Booked through 5pm.co.uk, deal was £9.95 for two courses and a glass of house wine. I opted for the Chicken Pakora to start and my partner went for the Onion Bhaji's - delicious! The pakora had clearly been freshly made and the Onion Bhaji's were great, so crispy! My main of Chicken Tikka Masala with Boiled rice could not be faulted at all, was perfect. My partner's main of Lamb South Indian Garlic Chilli was also delicious, a bit spicier than planned but the staff happily gave him some yogurt to cool it off. Poppadoms with Spiced Onions and a Peshwari nan were ordered as sides and the bill came to £27 - can't beat it! This was the most delicious Indian meal I have ever tasted in Glasgow and I will be making efforts to return! Hats off to the waiter he was brilliant and provided great service.
