An excellent day for children and adults alike!

The tour was self-drive so we felt in control of the pace, an advantage with small children. There was plenty to see and to forage for; Tony the ranger was a mine of information about plants, sea creatures and the history of the dramatic Fife coast - the wind-swept backdrop.

The farm had a cafe and picnic tables meaning we could enjoy a packed lunch and afford tea and buns at the end of the afternoon. After lunch and a play in the secure park we had an amazing tractor-trailer ride with John in the driving seat. John gave us a guided tour of the farm before a visit to the animals then the jam (children) and cheese (adults) tasting. We have an invite to return to the farm for frisbee golf!

All was brought together by B, our foodie tour guide. Thanks for a packed educational day!

A great evening event in Glasgow City Centre. A six course tasting menu of the best of Scottish produce, with matching wines. Beautifully presented and flawlessly executed by Brenda and Pieter, starting with canapes and fizz, and ending with a gourmet ice cream and Grand Cru ale!!
Fine food, convivial company, pleasant surroundings and great value for money. Will definitely be going again!

Booked the Perthshire tour and had the most wonderful day away! We were picked up by a luxury coach and were taken around Perthshire where we went to visit an asparagus farm, a winery, a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and a whiskey distillery. The whole experience was just wonderful - Brenda is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate with regards to what Scotland's larder has to offer and made the tour fun as well as informative. The venues were hosted by great people - I particularly enjoyed the asparagus farm where Brenda cooked up asparagus which had been in the ground only an hour earlier! You can't get it any fresher than that! The tour offered great value for money too - we got to see quite a bit of beautiful countryside, were wined and dined in a lovely restaurant and enjoyed the treats from the on-board goodiebox. An outstanding experience - I am looking forward to the next trip!

Had the pleasure of accompanying 10 students from Pisa, Italy on a 'Tasting Tour' with Brenda. Customised to suit the needs of our learners(hospitality and tourism), i have to say, it was an exceptionally good study experience. The students were introduced to some very tasty scottish produce as well as learning about why certain foods are more common here than others, the authenticity of traditional foods and the production methods used. We were also fortunate enough to do a tour of the Gleneagles Hotel and even met some of the chefs! No Andrew Fairlie, although we did get to speak to his staff and have a look around his restaurant, a much welcomed experience for the students. I've worked in Scottish Tourism for over 10years and applaud Brenda for truly bringing together all the best of what this country has to offer. Thank You
