“Dont miss it if in Glasgow”
Reviewed December 18, 2013

The best tenna you'll spend in Glasgow, although the veg quiche tastes like cardboard. The food here is not the drawcard, its the entertainment and surroundings that you come for. Have yourself a good time in West End as well.

“The Uglies”
Reviewed December 16, 2013

As always the Chritmas panto was excellent and filled with the usual brilliant one liners and topical jibes. Panto song compementishiyon superb (our side was the best....)
Downside this year was the pies, mince not steak and not the usual quality, oh no they're not.

“Funniest panto ever!”
Reviewed December 14, 2013 via mobile

The panto was 'The Uglies' loosely based on Cinderella (it's NOT about her!) The ticket price included a pint drink from the bar, & a pie with gravy or a slice of quiche. There was only 4 cast members in the whole play, certain actors playing duel roles. The jokes & one-liners came thick & fast, & the whole production was hilarious with excellent performances from all, especially the ' ugly sisters', & Buttons/Cinders was a very talented singer. Can thoroughly recommend a visit to these productions. Only downside, seats very crammed together, hard to sit on for 11/2 hours.

“The Uglies ( it is not about Cinderella!!)”
Reviewed December 10, 2013

This 'take off' panto was excellent. Some people might have blanched at the directness of language and actions used. All four cast members were excellent. Tgis was my first visit to the Oran Mor, a Play, Pie and a Pint. The pie was excellent. The venue was full and as the main seating was very friendly, it got quite warm in there!
