Our evening at the Fleetwood Mac concert at the new Hydro in Glasgow was almost blighted by pouring rain and a complete lack of taxis. We had waited for 45 minutes and no taxi was in sight when after having taken two other customers to a gig supposedly on her way home at the end of her shift, Janice the manager returned to base and loaded 4 very grateful Fleetwood Mac fans into her little car and gave us a lift to the concert.
We had a fabulous evening and saw every moment of the concert thanks to Janice so a big THANK YOU for going above and beyond.
Thanks also to the guy who stood at the end of the street and to the guy on the desk who kept calling the cab firm.
Oh and by the way the Ibis was great too, pretty handy for the Hydro and SECC as long as its not raining.

Dear Ali

Thank you for the review, I am glad we were able to help you in your moment of need. The Hydro is a new and exciting venue for the city and so the taxis did get a little caught out by the demand. I have spoken with the organistation who look after all the taxis and they will be better prepared in the future.

I do look forward to your next trip to Glasgow and hope it will be more memorable for all the right reasons.

Kind regards
