“A Glasgow science education”
Reviewed March 10, 2014

An eye opener for those people who think that London is/was the centre of the universe, steeped in history from a relatively unknown Roman wall north of Hadrian's to an excellent exhibition about Kelvin.
Loads of historic science events that took place in and around Glasgow.

“Beautiful Building”
Reviewed March 2, 2014

After a visit to the Hunterian Art Gallery we walked across the main road and straight in through the main door. The interior is exquisite, lots of wood panelling with a gallery all around, which I understand has just been restored.
The collections were interesting, from surgical instruments to butterflies and Roman relics. Loved it all..

“A little gem”
Reviewed February 1, 2014

A little gem of a museum hidden away in the cloisters of Glasgow Uni. A great museum for all ages with lots of interactive exhibits including lots of stuff on Lord Kelvin and, of course William Hunter. If you have a spare hour or two in the West End of Glasgow pop up to the Hunterian - you won't be disappointed.

“Visit to Hunterian Museum.”
Reviewed January 22, 2014

I visited this attraction, whilst on a 5 day visit to Glasgow 10.1.14/15.1.14. Words cannot describe this Museum. I was particularly fascinated by the section given over to Arthur Thomas, later Lord Kelvin, and to the anatomy section. This Museum is an annexe of Glasgow University, Gilmorehill, Glasgow, open to the public and Free of Charge. Words cannot adequately describe this place.
