Nice clean hotel. Comfy bed and nice breakfast, ideal for what we needed. Would definitely stay again. Much better than Travelodge.

Got off train and hotel is right next door, perfect!!

My brother in law brought a car and car park also right next door so no hassle if you want to drive there too.

I have visited this hotel on many previous occasions and never been disappointed. Although about a mile from the Town Centre areas of Glasgow it provides easy communications to the main shopping areas, railway and 'bus routes. Sauchiehall Street and a direct route to the centre is only 100 yards away. The Inn is invariably busy but reception staff are always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well furnished with very good and modern bathrooms and overall the premises are clean and well maintained. We dined on the premises for Dinner in the evening and were not at all disappointed with the choice of courses or the quality of cooking. Restaurant staff were attentive, friendly and helpful! We took the buffet breakfast the following morning and this also was well prepared and plentiful. It has never been a mistake to go there - and I have no hesitation in saying the experience will be repeated.

Was a nice overnight stay to meet up with friends. We were on the 12th floor so no traffic noise. Other guests were a bit noisy but no fault of the management. Overall very happy. Price was excellent @ £29, happy days.

Room Tip: Next to motorway so go as high as you can.

BB and I stayed for one night for the purposes of visiting Glasgow for a music concert. We got the room for a very reasonable £29, booking some months ago.

The hotel is well placed very near Sauchiehall Street and various other attractions.

The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Never had breakfast or used the bar/restaurant facilities so can't comment on those.

The room though high up (level 10) was not too hot and was pretty quiet.

Everything worked and there was enough towels, pillows etc. so there was no need to trek back down to reception to get extra stuff like in some other budget hotels!

One problem was a a loose A/C heater blower above the door. It had one of it's two screws missing so was a bit rattly/noisy. As a proponent of foam earplugs this didn't bother me.

I'd recommend the place and stay there again.

Room Tip: We were in level 10, room 1007. This was reasonably quite with good views out of the window. No lift...

having stayed at premier inn previously we booked to stay in glasgow as we were at the secc for a concert. booked on the premier inn website at £19.00 which was fantastic. closer to the time they text asking if i needed a dinner reservation or driving directions which i thought was excellent. the staff were friendly and effieicnt and the room was clean and comfortable. we requested an ironing board and extra towels which were delivered promptly. we didnt use the restaurant this time as it was just an overnight stopover after a night out however the advertised breakfast looked great.

if i was to criticise - the room was a little small and was maybe a little tired but it was comfortable and we just needed a stop over for one night. i'd perhaps be a little less impressed if i was to stay longer. that said I'd happily stay again at charring cross and with premier inn elsewhere.

Room Tip: i think the rooms at the corners of the building are bigger? also this is a tall building with grea...

Just what you expect from a premier inn to be honest. Clean, decent rooms with coffee and tea and a good shower! It was a good location for nightlife on Sauchiehall street as well. Had a problem with the water on the second night but staff were great and gave us a refund very quickly.

Can't fault the hotel and will stay again!

We booked this room for £19 on the premier inn website, for that money, you can't beat it. The negatives were that the room was quite cramped, we were woken up by talking in the corridor and the bathroom was a bit shabby but on the bright side the bed was comfy, there was coffee and tea in the room and the staff were both friendly and helpful. We stayed here to see a show at the Kings theatre which was just round the corner, so a great choice for a short stay.
