Very welcoming staff, clean tidy room in great location. Fantastic view from our 12th floor room!

Room Tip: The higher the room the better the view.!! No complaints at all.

Very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and was very impressed with the cost.

Room Tip: Rooms higher up have a very nice view of the city.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Charing Cross for two nights at the beginning of June and really couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was on a corner and had superb views over the city. It was spotlessly clean, there were tea and coffee making facilities and even a flat screen television.
There are other four and five star hotels I have stayed at in the area but I have to say that this hotel is one I would return to especially for the price of £29 per night - I couldn't wish for any better.
If you are arriving in your car after 6pm and leaving before 8am you can park for free on the opposite street instead of paying a high price in the nearby carpark.

Excellent value, comfortable and quiet. I had stayed elsewhere in Glasgow before - Argyle St., Merchant City & south of the river but this hotel led me to discover whole new areas. It's close to the tour bus so you can hop on and off at various sites in the city - lots of museums, an art gallery, botanic gardens, Byres Road; it's half an hour walk to the West End if you are wanting to go there in the evening after the tour bus has finished (great for restaurants, the Grosvenor Cinema); it's not far from Glasgow School of Art and the tenement house. As always with Premier Inns, the breakfast is plentiful and the service very friendly and helpful. Why go anywhere else?

I booked this hotel as it is right about the station which gets me home and very close to many bars, pubs and restaurants.

I stayed just one night so that I could enjoy my birthday and not have to get the last train home.

The price was excellent. Booked about a month in advance.

The room was lovely and had no troubles at all.

The breakfast was also excellent and certainly soaked up the alcohol from the night before.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quick stop over or a longer stay as it is very convenient and comfortable.

It has recently had a facelift too so looks rather striking from the outside too.

Room Tip: The corner rooms are lovely. There is most likely going to be traffic noise from every side of the...

Not far from things at all. Subway, rail etc. Things in the hotel worked and I had a comfortable night in comfortable beds.
