Clean, central, friendly and efficient - all we were looking for in our stay. Good sized room and good breakfast. Will definitely book here when next in Galsgow and can highly recommend for families with young kids as staff were great.

Modern, tasteful, spotless, comfortable hotel in convenient location. Extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff. High quality services, facilities and food. Lovely breakfast - good fresh range of high quality provision. Thoughtful personal touches and extras. We really appreciated the efforts made and the slight quirkiness of the contemporary styling of rooms and furnishings. Great to have free wifi, also.

Room Tip: Rooms on station side of hotel are surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

Very well located hotel in the top of an office building-lovely rooms and extremely welcoming staff (the duty manager brought me coffee and cake!) hotel is spotless and nicely appointed. Room was clean and wifi connection very good. Breakfast is a buffet with a good choice plus there is an option to eat in the communal kitchen in the evening.
Lovely hotel would not hesitate to recommend and will use again.

This hotel is so handy for central station. It is only a few yards to the right of the Union street exit.It is a bit unusual to go up 6 floors in a lift to get there. This just adds to the Quirkiness of it.Yes we were left a packet of smarties, also were brought fresh milk, coffee and cupcakes on arrival. The room was spotless and well decorated. Great shower easy to use. Arran aromatics toiletries smelled gorgeous.Every member of staff we met were so friendly and helpful.Breakfast had plenty of choice, whether you wanted cereal yoghurts fruit or a sausages ,ham and scrambled eggs. You were catered for. I am a very light sleeper and was wakened quite a few times by noise from the street outside. My husband however slept well. I would definitely stay again!

I needed somewhere for friends and I to stay when attending a conference in the city centre and know the city reasonably well. I didn't want to stay in one of the more anonymous (and more expensive) chain hotels and found this one and booked for us. The entrance is not that easy to spot and the ground level entrance hall/ lift doesn't give the best impression but once through the entrance doors on the top floor where the hotel is located you come into a peaceful, light environment and are greeted with a big pile of fresh cupcakes that you are invited to help yourself to. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful, rooms clean and light with very comfortable beds and excellent showers with Arran Aromatics toiletries. Nice! Sky TV and free wifi for entertainment if you have time. You can make tea and coffee in your room and staff will bring you fresh ground coffee and fresh milk in a flask for the purpose. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, delicious breads and cooked items. I would definitely recommend and will stay again myself.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking station have low murmur of station announcer from about 7.30am-late but this was n...

Each member of the stuff is always kind, the rooms are clean and beautiful with comfortable beds and big showers. Prices are not expensive. The breakfast is delicious because you can choose between the traditional one (toasts, milk and cereals) and the english one. Most important is the figure of Sean that helps you with all the important information you need of the city when you arrive at the hotel. Whenever you need some information, he is ready to help you as well as the rest of the stuff. Me and my boyfriend spent a very lovely time there. Excellent!!
