“Great public park with something for everyone”
Reviewed February 17, 2013 via mobile

A lovely open space in the heart of the city. Great for dog walking, sports, people watching and seeing the sites situated throughout. The terracotta fountain is beautiful and on a warm day makes you feel like you are transported to a European city. the people's palace is located in the park and is well worth a visit.

“Common Land”
Reviewed December 22, 2012

A haven for drug users and ladies of the night. I was shocked one afternoon to see a rat calmly foraging near a bridge while a young lady sat nearby sketching the view over the River Clyde. On the good side it houses several Rowing Clubs and the Parks Department do their utmost to keep the area tidy and tasteful for visitors. The police patrol it regularly to curtail its unsavoury side and it houses The Glasgow Humane Society - they are responsible for recovering corpses from the river.
