I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Indigo. The room was very upscale while also very comfortable. The bed was great, I slept like a baby both nights. I loved the bathroom details and the shower was great--nice, big rainfall showerhead which was a nice touch. The breakfast was fine, a nice selection on the buffet and the table service selections were good. I would definitely recommend and plan on staying here again.

Lovely decorated rooms with lovely wee touches including mini bar freebies! Unfortunately we were booked into the disabled room on the 5th floor, no hot water in taps, power shower had NO POWER whatsoever! Breakfast consisted of a lukewarm slice of bacon, black pudding, small potato scone and undercooked poached egg, this was after waiting 10 mins for a table in a half empty dining room with 3 waiting staff!! We booked using our Priority points for the first night and paid for the second night and we were assured by the duty manager that we would stay in the same room for the two nights, but on arriving back after a days shopping....we were locked out as reception had cancelled our key cards! On the plus side we did get a salmon platter and chocolates as a good will gesture. Very modern, classy, comfortable hotel with a lovely decor throughout. Dinner on the second night was superb and staff attentive.

We stayed three nights in Hotel Indigo and enjoyed our stay greatly. Staff - especially the bar staff - were very friendly and chatty. The room was comfortable, nicely laid out with a huge bed. Bathroom was good with a massive shower.

Only minor downside was a nearby guest who decided to bang their door a lot from 5am onwards. Hardly the hotel's fault - but 5am? Some people, eh?

This was a brilliant hotel, right in the town centre, perfect for shopping, beautiful decor, friendly staff, lovely meals, great little gym too. There is parking right next to the hotel which is handy and also you get it half price because you are staying in the hotel. The rooms have air conditioning and a large flat screen tv, the beds are huge and high and a great walk in shower. We had a lovely stay in this hotel, I would definately recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: All rooms are fine as the double glazing is great and you dont hear athing

Stayed for two nights as we were visiting three universities with our son and Glasgow seemed the most convenient location to all. Check in staff very helpful and the refurbishment of the old building was beautiful on the ground floor. Room was probably a bit tight for a family room, but the comfortable beds made up for it. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it was cooked to order - quite rare now! Enjoyed evening drink in the bar where there was a bit of a 'buzz' on the Saturday night - another positive, the room although overlooking the main road was well soundproofed.
Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Room large and comfortable. Beautiful hotel in great location with only a short 5 minute walk into centre of Glasgow. Lovely restaurant area - delicious breakfast. Bar area was relaxing - staff here, especially Deborah made our experience memorable - nothing was a trouble and conversation was easy and friendly without being intrusive. Generosity was unsurpassed in this hotel - our needs being a bathroom with disabled facilities were well catered for. If we visit Glasgow again, this would be where we would stay.

Room Tip: Probably just ask about the various configurations of rooms and choose what suits

I normally stay at the Crowne Plazza when I visit Glasgow but recently the prices there have been very high. that's what made me try Idigo and I'm glad I did.
Friendly, knowledgeable reception staff and a good standard of accommodation. All spotlessly clean and decorated in a slightly quirky but pleasant way.
