Stayed here for new year and was so impressed with the rooms and staff who were very helpful and friendly even though they were having to work over new year. Rooms are of a high standard and although they are small they are also well designed to make the most of the space and the bed is huge and comfortable.

Room Tip: Loved our pink room

I stayed at Indigo numerous times between July and December last year and found it a great place to stay. Newly opened last year, the decor is funky and rooms are comfortable with quality beds that ensure a good night's sleep.

What really makes it a great place to stay though are the staff, especially Colm on the front desk and his colleagues Sonia and Mark work had to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy their stay. Linda, Zelda and Ben in the restaurant all go the extra mile too.

It's worth adding on the odd occassion there was a blip (inevitable when you stay in the region of 100 nights in a hotel but never anything major!) this hotel made sure it was fixed very quickly and without any hassle - in other words they really value their guests.

A good place to stay in a handy location - and I'm looking forward to a return visit for a leisure break later in the year.

I travel a lot through work and regularly stay in hotels in Glasgow, but decided to try Indigo, more out of curiosity more than anything else - I was absolutely stunned. The staff are the most courteous, friendly and helpful people I've ever had the pleasure on metting (Particularly Colm - not sure of the spelling there)

Food was incredible during my three night stay with an excellent wine and cocktail menu to boot! The room was beautifully presented - I was in one of the blue rooms and want to try a pink next. Clenliness was perfect and the local art around the hotel fitted in with the decor and theme of the hotel beautifully.

From now on, if i come to Glasgow, i will be staying at the Indigo, and would recommend it to anyone else.

Room Tip: The green rooms can be a little overpowering - personall i like the blue rooms, and not facing the r...

This Hotel deserves 5 stars. Nothing was too much trouble for staff - even when I forgot to go for ice the woman I spoke to happily went up to the third floor for ice for me as I was in my PJ's. Room was lovely and very comfortable - nothing was left out. Complimentary soft drinks, water, pringles and Skittles was a great added treat. Shower was great - especially have two different types. Bed was very comfy. Room wasn't too warm but control for temp were easy to understand if required. TV was easy to use (some Hotels make controls too complicated). Breakfast was in a lovely room and even if you were having contintental breakfast there was lots of choice and dishes were filled on a regular basis - fruit was also very fresh. Coooked breakfast was cooked on demand and brought to your table by friendly, helpful staff. Hotel also central with bars, restaurants, train station etc. in walking distance.

Even though we stayed on a Saturday night we weren't disturbed by noise from the hotel or outside (unusual in a Glasgow Hotel).

Will be going back to this Hotel and would recommend a stay if you want a bit of luxury at a price that isn't over the top. Next time we will be having our meal in the hotel.

Room Tip: Deluxe rooms have a street view but even without the view you won't be dissapointed.

I read the reviews prior to our stay and they were spot on, the rooms although not the biggest were of a really high standard with a huge bed, walk in shower, TV, tea/coffee, the complimentary soft drinks, water and snacks much appreciated. This was booked as a birthday treat through a deal last September and included DBB and free cocktail each.
Both Natasha at reception and Josephine in the restaurant were most helpful.

Room Tip: Five floors each with a unique colour scheme, we were allocated 514 facing the front on the top floo...

This hotel is really reasonably priced and well finished. It just seems that the architects and interior designers walked away and didn't leave it in good hands. Shame as it has real potential. Food is average service is atrocious and patronising and the staff are not quick to appease their failings.
