I stayed in this hotel on business on a few occassions in November 2011 and also a couple of times before then and will continue going back as long as standards remain as they are. This is an excellent hotel for business and shops. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and the rooms spotless. The Limelight restaurant is good but not brilliant but the breakfast is perfect to set you up for the day. What really makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. The most friendly and helpfull staff you will find in any large, city hotel. I have only stayed here on business but intend having a leisure break as soon as the occassion arises.

Selected this hotel on the basis it was the 'number 1' hotel in Glasgow going by the tripadvisor reviews. It is well worth that accolade, an excellent hotel and we will definitely return!

Stayed at the Indigo for only one night on a shopping trip, This Hotel is an excellent standard, rooms are very modern with quality fittings.
Bathrooms have only a walk in shower but this is not a problem to us, luxury bathroom with luxury toiletries.
We were really pleased with the lovely room and compimentary mini bar.
Great location for shops station etc...
Breakfast was fine, waiter service not buffet but the continental breakfast was buffet style which was ok but we felt that they could of layed fresh breads out more often as not much on the buffet when we were dining which was at 8am!!!
Overall a luxury city hotel and I would count this hotel as the top city hotel in glasgow.

Stayed in a deluxe room (upgraded from superior). Was nice, but don't think it would normally be worth the extra money as only difference seemed to be a bigger tv and spirits in the mini bar. Complimentary mini bar a nice touch, plus White Stuff goodies in the lovely bathroom.

We had a corner room which didn't have a lot of floor space but the bed was huge and comfy and the double-glazing made a massive difference (not that there was much noise outside at night). Breakfast was nice enough but nothing special for the cost, not sure if there would be anywhere else nearby to use though. Parked at Q Park next door, they give you a 50% off voucher and we paid £3.50 to stay from 1pm Sat - 11 am Sun, very cheap.

Let down by the bar not having any Jack Daniels or Baileys when we got back from our meal, plus we were then £12 for two alternative drinks. Wish we'd just stayed at the place we were at.

Overall, a nice stay, much more modern hotel than most in Glasgow plus nice restaurants in the area and a short walk into the shops.

I stay in IHG hotels all the time (Platinum Royal Ambassador) but this is my first stay at an Indigo and if Glasgow is typical of this brand I'll definitely be hunting out Indigo hotels in the other cities I visit.

Hotel was stylish and the bed very comfortable, although the room was a bit on the small side it had everything you'd need and a very nice large screen TV. The hotel features a very nice bar which can get very busy and a decent selection on the 24 hour room menu. Everything in the mini bar is free.

I'm not sure if I was upgraded as I never do ask but I was recognised as a platinum member at checkin (only InterContinental Hotels recognise the Ambassador part of the status). Staff were superb throughout.

Based on this stay I'd rate Indigo above the Crowne Plaza which is IHG's other upscale 4-star brand. I'd say this hotel must have came quite close to being rated 5-star.

Stayed here last Saturday with my wife on a dinner bed and breakfast basis.Due to circumstances outwith control of hotel dinner was not available.Management team and staff did everything possible to minimise a very awkward situation. The next day staff were just as considerate.A very well appointed hotel very reasonably priced. We shall definitely return on our next visit to Glasgow.

Room Tip: We stayed on second floor room was excellent.
