I cannot say enough about the quality of the accommodation and staff. The greeting was heart felt and all the staff appear to really enjoy their work and team spirit seemed to abound. The room was superb with lovely additional touches such as a fresh coffee facility, fridge (with snacks and refreshments) and an en suite with rainwater shower. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. Boutique style charm with ALL "mod cons" provided.

My husband & i stayed here for an overnight "child free" break Sat 15/10/11. Hotel looks good, rooms was nice, top floor with nice decor. However, before we went I tried to join the discount group for the hotel restaurant this proved very difficult. When we checked in we were asked if we would be eating there, I explained the challenge I had & was told by the receptionist she would get it sorted........ still waiting...... so we got a taxi(it was raining) to a lovely Indian venue. Later on our return we stopped in for a glass of wine, £7 each for a not very good white! Also breakfast was an additional £15 per head, not worth it! I would not go back, there is no soul to this hotel. Maybe I have been spoiled, our last overnight was at Blythswood Hotel in Glasgow, far superior with much more friendly staff!

Room Tip: ask for a room on the top floor, better view

Stayed at this hotel not long after it opened with my husband and found it so good that I couldn't wait to show it off to a group of girlfriends when we arranged a day out to visit an event at the SECC. From booking through to check-out, all staff could not do enough for us. Booked a deal through Travelzoo which included room, breakfast, dinner and cocktail which was excellent value for money. The dinner in the Limelight bar in the evening was amazing, everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed it, as was the breakfast. Decor very vibrant and modern and so lovely for everything to be so new and clean, a lovely bar area ideal for an evening chilling. We booked twin rooms which consisted of 2 double beds in each room (beds sooo comfortable!) Gorgeous colour choices for rooms of pink, green or blue, all lovely (nice touch having minibar free of charge), amazing waterfall shower and large flat screen wall mounted tv. Cannot praise this hotel enough. 5 minute walk from Central Station and the main shopping area - an ideal choice for a lovely night away.

Arrived at the Hotel to a gorgeous interior and pleasant welcome from staff. Got this deal through Hotel Connexions months before for an introductory rate and was surprised to find the price you'd pay walking in off the street was about triple the amount we paid!!!

Our room was amazing, absolutely stunning. My fiance had heard if you ask for a colour they'll give you a room of that colour!! He emailed and asked for a pink room and the hotel oblidged putting us in a cerise pink room!! It was beautiful. The bathroom was also finished to a very high standard. Included in the price is the contents of the mini bar - no alcohol unfortunately!! A couple of cans of fizzy juice, chocolate and pringles. But what a lovely touch.

Had a few drinks in the bar at night - very chic and again high standard of decoration. The cocktails were lovely.

Breakfast was to a high standard with quality products being used. Felt ignored for a short period - the table next to us ordered their food and had it brought out before we had managed to grab someone to take our order. Even then it was like we were being a pain.

Don't let this put you off - we've stayed at many hotels in Glasgow and rarely return to the same ones, but we would go back to this one.

Excellent.

Room Tip: Email ahead and ask for a room colour!

I have just returned from a one night stay at Hotel Indigo Glasgow, with my friend for her 40th birthday and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the lovely welcome from Colm at reception, to the gorgeous bar and restaurant, to the fabulous pink room (or you could have blue or green!), the robes, the complimentary juice etc in the minibar, the huge walk-in shower, the complimentary cocktail, the lovely cheerful waiting staff at breakfast.... I could go on! Great hotel, great location and I will definitely be returning. :-) The only downside was the curt response I received when I phoned down for room service - to be told it was extremely busy and I'd have to phone back!! However, when I did phone back half an hour later, the food did arrive very quickly so all was well!

We received a very warm welcome from Kirsty on reception who quickly processed our check-in. Our room was on the 5th floor and overlooked the front of the hotel.
The bedroom was pleasantly furnished throughout and extremely comfortable.
Our stay this time formed part of a Travelzoo Promotional Offer which included both Dinner and Breakfast. We also had a complimentary mini bar in the room which at the promotional price was extremely good value. Dinner is served in the Limelight Restaurant although due to a reception being held in the restaurant that evening we ate dinner in the bar area.
This did not spoil the experience as it was thoroughly enjoyable. There are many pieces of artwork by local artists displayed throughout the hotel which adds to the ambience.
This was our third stay at the hotel this year and again it fully met our expectations.
As long as the hotel continues to maintain its high standards it will always remain our first choice when staying in the city. Highly recommended.

We spent two nights at this hotel. Always had a warm reception from the women at the front desk.

Room was very modern and very clean.

Hardwood floors and great decor.

Wonderful bathroom shower and huge towels. Especially impressed with the complementary items like water, juice, candy bars.

The location is convenient to lots of bars and restaurants. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on that. Would recommend this hotel highly.
