“LOVELY MEAL”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2013

We purchased an "It is on deal" for any pasta or pizza and a bottle of wine for £16.
Value was really good, we decided to also purchase 2 starters. We both had the Penne Alfredo for starters and it was truely tasty. Pizzas for mains were also very nice. Lovely staff, and the restaurant was really nice, we will definently be back.

“Good food and attentive service, a bargain of a deal.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 4, 2013

I got a £19 deal for pizza or pasta for 2 and a bottle of wine. Located out of my normal area I go to for lunch whilst shopping on a Saturday but glad I went. It is across the road from the Merchant City and I didn't know it was there. I will probably go back now because the wine was good, even if it was part of a deal. A lot of places doing deals let themselves down with the wine, but not here. The food was good too, I had to pay a small supplement to have prawns. I thought the service was excellent and the place had a really good atmosphere. I think this is a place where they know how to do Italian food, not like some newer places faking it. Well done.

“Lovely service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 30, 2013

Visited for a theatre deal which was great value. The service was excellent but unfortunately the food wasn't as good as it should have been. I had Scottish mussels which take 5 minutes to cook, unfortunately mine had been reheated or kept warm and were tough and horrible. Sea bass was really tasty, but again it seemed to have been heated or kept warm. My husband loved his minestrone but the pizza was pretty uninspired and could have handled a bit more topping. high rating reflects service and price, food was only worth 3 buttons.

“Great Value”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

We'd got a 5pm voucher for 3 courses, glass of fizz and bottle of wine for 2 for £35. Absolutely fantastic value. Food was great, the pork and sea bass & prawn mains were excellent. Really didn't have room for pudding but had some anyway- ice cream and my friend had sticky toffee pudding. Nice friendly service really finished off a lovely meal. Would happily have paid full price.
