“Rude tour commentator”
Reviewed October 8, 2012

Myself, my husband and my sister and her husband went to Glasgow on an over-night stay and decided to do the open top bus tour. While on the tour we were having a nice time and reminiscing about old times and various memories and obviously did not realize we were being a bit vocal.
The commentator had the microphone to his mouth and very rudely told us to either shut up or get off the bus - i was sitting right next to him at this time! His manner was very very rude. i did apologized to him and the other passengers and explained that we were a bit excited and would be quiet. However we all felt absolutely humiliated and disgusted and got off the bus a few minutes later. This old man only had to ask us politely to be a bit quieter!!!!

“great bus tour”
Reviewed October 3, 2012

We took this bus tour in all of the cities we visited. It is simply the best way to get your bearings in a city. You purchase a ticket and can get on or off at any of the stops for 48 hours. And you can get off at all of the museums, etc. Plus, it takes you places you might not go otherwise on the outskirts of the city. Do it.

“Two-day ticket is a great idea”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

We have visited quite a few places in the past few years, and we find one of the best ways to start off is by doing a "hop-on, hop-off" bus tour. We were really happy to see that the Glasgow ticket is valid for 2 days and made very good use of it, as it stopped close enough to our west-end hotel that we could walk there at the end of our day.

“Enjoyable trip whether first time to Glasgow or not!”
Reviewed September 20, 2012

Been to Glasgow many times but always wanted to do this tour, lots of buses and don't have to wait long when you hop off before the next bus comes! Good value for money, booked online. We got off at "the Barras" then got off later at the Kelvingrove museum where Brewdog bar is just across the road. Got off near the end of the tour to save going back to the start and was just round the corner from the Malmaison where we was staying. The tour guide was very good, knew her stuff and very friendly.

“Great way to spend your first day in Glasgow”
Reviewed September 17, 2012

Having just arrived from the US that morning and anxious to squeeze in as much as we can, the Glasgow Sightseeing bus tour was just the right thing to do. We chose to stay on for the full loop of stops, listening to the local tour guide provide fascinating insight about the city of Glasgow. Then we later took the bus to several of the sights we particularly were interested in seeing. A restful, easy way to take in a lot of the city in a short time.
