Stayed here for 1 night, great central location, very close to train stations and shopping streets. Our room was lovely, huge bed. Noticed a few people had been disappointed with the view - you can't expect much from a city centre hotel! After using the bath we noticed flooding around the bathroom door, carpets totally saturated. When we informed reception, the girl was very apologetic and immediately changed our room, even offering to move our things for us as we were on our way out. When we got back, we'd been upgraded to a bedroom with separate living room - great touch. We ordered room service breakfast for 9.30am, however by 10am it had not arrived, after a quick phone call it arrived very promptly and again, the girl was very apologetic (we put it down to the room swap mixing things up). As we checked out, again the receptionist apologised for the issues and we received the breakfast free of charge.
