Do you not think leaving a bad review is slightly unfair as you have never been to the restaurant? the comment you made about the booking error is particularly amusing, have you ever thought that there may have been a genuine mistake! ? Quite frankly reading the past reviews the customers seemed to have enjoyed their dining experience and a highly successful restaurant like this doesn't need your clientele through there doors.
