This is somewhere where we go everytime we come to Glasgow and it has yet to let us down. The grown ups enjoy it on their own and it's enjoyed by the whole family right down to the very youngest. Very inspiring.

Fascinated with some exhibits, but mainly by one which was a film showing objects bumping into each other & moving on to move others.

Popped into the GOMA for a very quick browse whilst waiting for my wife to take a break from her retail therapy! Ideally located and surrounded by some decent eating places, we decided to have a snack in the library basement and were extremely pleased with the ambiance, the price and the friendly and warm attitude of the staff. We took a friend who was on her first visit to Glasgow and we all had freshly made sandwiches, salad and soft drinks. We were all impressed by the cafe and as a regular visitor to galleries and museums found this to be one of the best cafes we have visited. Visit the artwork upstairs and then pop down to the hidden gem in the basement. Relax with a book and a snack.

The main hall was given over to a temporary exhibition during our visit. We are glad it was only temporary. The other floors held far more interesting display and exhibits with even some attractions that interested a toddler. The gift shop by the entrance is worth a visit alone for good quality gifts at reasonable prices.

This was the most unimpressive art gallery I ever have visited, in Europe or in North America. There was very little in it, and what was there was not interesting.
