The staff are very helpful and the doorman in particular was wonderful. Helping us with our luggage, suggesting restaurants and site seeing ideas he always had a smile and a wonderful kilt!
Our room was huge, decorated nicely and with a walk in wardrobe and massive bathroom with separate shower and freestanding bath.
The only issue is that we had to go up to flights of stairs to get to our room and would obviously not be suitable for anyone who requires an elevator. Also, we tried to book in for dinner at the restaurant and it was booked out for the two nights we were there - it would be nice as a house guest to be told when booking to also book the restaurant. We did have a lovely meal at the Butchershop not far from the hotel.
We would definitely stay there again if in GlasgowMore
