We went on a Loch Ness, Glencoe and the Highlands trip on Valentine's Day this year. Our guide was John and we thoroughly enjoyed the day trip. It was a great way to see so much of the Scottish highlands and lakes and there was ample stops for pictures/food etc. We especially loved Urquhart castle as the sun came out as we arrived there and it was nice and sunny for our time walking around the castle, which made for some lovely photographs. Great day out!

I took the trip this autumn and after all these months I still have the best memories from my visit to Scotland. I highly recommend this tour to everyone, who wishes to save time and also to feel the greatnest of this country, by visiting ancient castles, mansions, old village towns, passing by huge lakes and wonderful landscapes.
Big thanks for our leaderman Steven, who really helped to fill us with these great impressions, by all the stories he told with love, playing typical scottish music, by good advises which were given and also small gifts to remember the trip.

Me and my girlfriend took the Loch Ness, Glencoe and the Highlands one-day tour with Timberbush from Glasgow. Despite the cloudy weather, the visibility was great and we were able to capture some amazing photos. Thanks to our tour guide Stephen we were given a remarkable experience we will remember forever, and the 12 hours just flew by. The way he showed us Scotland truly gave us the best of it, and the extra stops in the tour with the stunning views were simply amazing! The best part of the tour in my opinion was the Glencoe scenery, something one couldn't capture even in a million photos. The tour altogether was well planned and despite the little rush at times it was a great adventure, so I hope to do this again at another time in the future. I strongly recommend the tour, as it truly is a mind-opening experience even for one who has lived in the country for a while already. As described by some other recent review, if you're lucky enough to get Stephen as your tour guide, excellent time is guaranteed!

My husband and I just finished our tour with Stephen from Glasgow to Loch Ness, and it was wonderful! Although the weather was a bit gray and foggy, our guide made the best of what we had and we still had a great adventure with losts of memories. We would highly recommend the trip and if you are lucky enough to get Stephen as your guide you will have a wonderful time.

Even though it was ‘chucking it down’ with rain for most of the day, the 'Oban, West Highland Lochs and Castles' day tour that we took with Timberbush Tours was amazing due to the places we visited, the spectacular scenery and the exceptional driver/guide. Neil kept us well informed and entertained throughout the day. His enthusiasm, and obvious love for what he was doing, made the day unforgettable for all of the right reasons.

First stop (fortunately before the heavens opened) was a visit to the picturesque village of Luss on Loch Ness. It would be possible to believe that before anyone could purchase a house here they had to prove that they could garden, as every garden was a delight. While in Oban, we thoroughly enjoyed fish and chips from Norries.

Driving via the lochs with the clouds low made for some amazing scenery. It was hauntingly beautiful as was the ruined Kilchurn Castle on Loch Awe. While visiting Inverary Castle, which is certainly worth a visit, we were fortunate to see the current Duke.

Final stop for the day was Rest and Be Thankful and the views were spectacular.

A thoroughly enjoyable day.
