“Pretty good breakfast..(Cannoli's a MUST!)”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 8, 2013

Been a few times and it’s always pretty good and busy. Nice atmosphere and would be good for a group event. Food is nice and the service isn’t too bad either. If going but not eating you have to try the cannoli’s – they are amaaaaazing!!

The breakfast is pretty decent too. Breakfast with tea and a coke came to about £8. Nicely decorated and has kept the family atmosphere it’s always had. Well done..

“Little taste of Italy.....mmmmm”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 6, 2013 via mobile

I have eaten here on many occasions and have never failed to come away satisfied.

I had a beautiful starter tonight of polenta and Italian sausage
Main was
Spaghetti spoglio
Desert
Conoli

Everything was beautiful and for 2 x 3 course meals with 2 x large red wine total £64.

Staff are great always friendly and helpful.

I will return soon again!

“Absolute Class”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 6, 2013

Nice to see Celino's getting the recognition it deserves on Trip Advisor. This is a word of mouth kind of place and the success of this fabulous little delicatessen cum restaurant speaks volumes for the quality of food they are producing. This is top quality, perfectly cooked, authentic, delicious Italian food.

We are regulars. I find it very hard to resist the lure of their pesto penne or the aubergine and smaoked mozzerella ravioli. They do a cracking minestrone served with crusty bread. Pizza's are huge, and great also. On Wednesday's they do a tapas night where you can order a selction of goodies for a fixed price. The cafe often changes its specials and even its themed nights, like adding in Tapas night. A special mention must also be given for the service. Personalised service with a smile. Don't ever let your current servers leave, Celino's!

Fabulous place and something for the east end to be proud of.

“Little gem of a restusrant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 6, 2013 via mobile

Friends have been going here for years and recommended it!! Wasn't disappointed when I eventually got round to going .. First visit was in July when I had tapas...(delicious ).... Was disappointed tho when I went last Saturday and realised they only serve tapas on a Wednesday night!! ....wasn't disappointed with what I had tho...and they were so helpful as I forgotten reading glasses and they managed to get me a pair to read the menu!! Will be back this week sometime !!

Excellent food, just as good service. Best thing was the deli and selection of proper Italian food on offer, love it!
