“Great for one night city break”
Reviewed April 29, 2013

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of most of the city's restaurants/bars. The rooms are super modern with pretty much all of the gadgets being remote controlled (even the blinds). The staff are very helpful, we briefly spoke with one member of staff but there really is no need as everything is computer operated.

The only criticism we had was that the rooms were very small, cosy for one night but any longer I felt would of been uncomfortable also some of the interior was a wee bit marked but nothing out of the ordinary considering everything is white.

We would defiantly stay here again especially as the rates are very cheap for city centre.

very interesting Hotel. Not far from the stations (Queen street & Central). Very beatiful hall where you do self service check inn (with help of assistant if necessary). Very beautifull room not so large but with large bed.It lacks a bit of space to hang clothes: In the room festival of colours and technology. Going to bed is rather a "jump" on the bed but it is nice. I would go there again with pleasure

Room Tip: my 506 room was perfect

Cute little hotel near Buchanan Street Station and the Style Mile. Our room reminded me a little of those pod hotels you hear about in Japan; kinda close quarters, so make sure any roommates are good friends!! We had the best time noticing all the little details about the room and the hotel. Never did figure out the room remote, though. Also had a bit of trouble using a swipe credit card and they don't take cash, so make sure you alert your banks if coming from the US or Canada. Clean, reasonably priced, good location. Highly recommend.

had a problem with no wifi connection in room to control the remote - strange as we could get internet in the room...

this caused temperature unable to be controlled - no tv and no change of colour scheme - the staff were very helpful with the problem and although could not fix the error we were allowed a free breakfast/all we could eat.. thanks

very clean indeed - great choice for breakfast - adequate space to move around in the common area... would like to go back.

Room Tip: no issue with sound at all - very well sound proofed.

Funky, stylish and a great base for a weekend break. The rooms are narrow but long and the bed is huge. The waterfall shower is great and the fact that everything is controlled by remote control makes it stand out from other hotels I've stayed at. Clean, modern, and the towels are really fluffy! Would definitely stay again. Only thing if I had to say something negative is the fact that there isn't a lot of room to get ready, the sink is in the middle of the room which is a bit awkward and there isn't a lot of space to keep your bags, clothes etc. Didn't eat in the citizenM canteen but noticed it was quite pricey.

Stayed here for 4 nights on vacation in the UK. Great hotel, highly recommended. Very clean, comfortable, and staff is friendly. Location is good…walking distance from shopping, train station, bus station, restaurants, bars, the River, etc. Bar/cafe is open late, and you can take items back up to your room. The trendy decor is great. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again.

Only note is that this hotel is good if you are travelling alone or with someone you're very close to. Rooms have only one bed each, but it's a giant bed!
