“Quirky and delicious place for lunch time treats”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 3, 2012

I work near The Hidden Lane and went to the tea-room for a lunch meeting today. It was a lovely experience - delicious food, extremely reasonable prices, quirky interiors and china and a nice vibe. Oh, and tap water was served in a lovely bottle which is a great touch. Will definitely be coming along again.

“Fantastic Sunday Christening celebration”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2012

We booked The Hidden Lane Tearoom for our daughter's Christening celebration. About thirty family members were there with us. The food and service were really good. Everybody had a fantastic time.
The lane itself almost makes you think you're in another country. Very nice setting and very well decorated 'vintage' style tearoom. The range of cakes is incredible and taste unbelievably good. If you're not a tea lover like me, I can tell you this tearoom has one of the best coffees in Glasgow!
We will definitely go back there.

Great little hidden gem for afternoon tea, only small point is the venue is rather small so if you want to visit, book ahead.

“Relax here with yummy homebakes”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2012

This is a great tearoom with delicious food and home bakes served by lovely staff in a chilled atmosphere. It is an interesting place with an assortment of odd hand painted chairs, comfy sofa and vintage china. It's a tricky one to find but if you locate the Tesco express on Argyle street you are almost there, turn left up the Hidden lane and left again as you emerge into the courtyard. Watch your step on the cobbles. Enjoy.
