I love seafood, whenever I go for food if there is a seafood option its 99% likely that I will choose it. So last night faced with seared scallops, Cullen skink, Orkney salmon risotto, Hake and crusted Pollock I was in fish frenzy. I opted for Pan seared scallops and black pudding to start and the Orkney salmon risotto, I was not disappointed, perfectly cooked scallops beautifully roasted red pepper risotto it was a taste sensation. My partner has the Cullen Skink and Scallops with breaded haggis for a main, again both beautifully cooked and well presented. We shared a bottle of sauvignon and both had deserts and coffee for £110 and it was worth every penny. The staff are attentive the atmosphere is intimate and relaxed; it’s a wonderful place to have a meal and enjoy time with friends, family and loved ones.
