Went here with my husband for a meal one night we were in glasgow, it was absolutley fantastic. We would deffinatley go again.

The portion sizes are roughly hotel sizes, so not huge but it's deffinatley quality over quantity. I would recommend this for a date, couples, family, work lunches etc. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were friendly. :)

We had the pre-theatre menu on a quiet evening. The menu is really quite limited with three starters; three mains and three desserts but the dishes chosen were good quality and nicely presented.
The restaurant lacked atmosphere with the air condition being just a little too cool for a November evening and the decor and lighting unimaginative and boring. The staff hovever were pleasant and efficient and helped lift the occassion. With the included bottle of wine the overall cost was reasonable

Hotel is good and every time I have eaten here has been good. Always seasonal and the kitchen clearly cooks to order. Yummy!! Staff attentive & wine menu well chosen!

Staff were great, place was really nice, but the food was poor. Very small starters, main courses were all poor. The 'stuffed pepper' main course was actually half a pepper with a whole tomato sitting on it. Lamb main course had 3 small pieces of lamb. Several of us had the cranachan dessert but the oats were actually burnt. Not good, won't be back, sorry !
