As all previous reviews state this place IS a shambles, I would never want anyone to experience this, this being the only reason I am posting this comment. On arrival we were told they had given someone else our room, we actually had 2 rooms booked so when we asked about the 2nd room we were fobbed off with the excuse of it was a previous member of staffs mistake who had been dismissed for fraud. The check in office is an appartment on the 5th floor & is disgusting extremely untidy & certainly not a good 1st impression. Eventually the guy said he would put us up in a studio appartment. This was a room that slept 2, their was 5 of us. Although this room was not the best we knew we had no chance of getting anywhere else as this was the same time take that were in Glasgow. I have to state that the lock on the door had been changed & the chain had been busted open on a previous occasion, this really didn't look good. We were told the following day we would be moved, I wish he'd left us where we were. The other 2 bed appartment 2 streets away was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had a major smell of damp it had been flooded previously & the door needed to be forced closed. Their was holes in the walls, the walls & floors were covered it sticky marks. U don't even want to know what down the side of the sofa was like. The bathroom tiles were filthy their was terrible mould not only on the wall tiles but starting on bath panel & skirtings. Our only concelation was the bedding was clean. This is the 1st time I have left a comment on anything like this but if it helps stop someone else being disapointed I would STRONGLY recommend NOT to stay here.

PLEASE do not book these apartments!. The apartments at the B Suites we originally booked could not accommodate our group due to Health & Safety!! so we had to change our booking and were charged more!! Both apartments were filthy, neither had bedding or towels! We were informed that on our return from the concert we would have linen, but on return at 1.30am there was nothing!! After tracking down someone (the accountant!!) we had to wait for damp bedding. There are serious Health & Safetly issues in these apartments to include exposed wiring and broken sockets. The reception is a store room full of dirty matresses, sheets, cups, junk, the list goes on!! The staff are extremely rude and do not care about your requirements or complaints. They just keep telling you that the place is under new management but this has been stated in previous reviews going back to the end of last year!! The B suites website and pictures you see is not what you get!! They are disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Firstly, I would like to point out that I never write reviews, however on this occasion I feel compelled to share the terrible experience I had at these supposedly "4 star luxury apartments"!
On arrival our group were greeted by a very rude gentleman who apparently was a member of the management team, who asked us what our intentions were staying in the apartments and in no uncertain terms that we would not be having any parties, when in actual fact we were only using the apartments as a base to explore the city. Next, the entrance hall to the apartments was absolutely disgusting! There were black bags littered all over the corridor, which had burst and the waste was spilling out onto the floor. There was a lit cigarette balancing precariously over the edge of a railing and a mug full of used cigarettes sitting outside the "office" where we had to collect the keys.
After spending quite sometime speaking to management it became clear that they had mucked up our booking and we were being charged more than we had originally been quoted. After numerous discussions we were told that there was nothing that could be done but to enjoy our stay and that the apartments would not disappoint and were spotless. The apartment was absolutely appalling. The floors were filthy, there was no bedding, no towels, the light fitting in one of the bedrooms was hanging of the ceiling, one of the sockets in the bedroom was broken leaving wires exposed and there was a hole in the ensuite wall!! They did however offer us bedding which happened to be damp!! The whole experience was horrendous and the management, if you could call them that were equally as bad. We are in the process of trying to get some form of compensation or indeed a refund, but judging by the way we were treated and spoken to, it is highly unlikely. These people have no idea how to run a business nor how to deal with members of the public. I would strongly recommend steering clear of these apartments, do not waste your money.

First of all can I state that this is not a hotel but is what appears to be some flats owned by some people in the middle of a public building. It does not have the appearance of a luxury buiding and should not be classed as 4 star. Myself and my daughters booked here in Nov to come down to The Take That concert and you can read my daughters revue beow. I would like to add the fact that my daughter is 5 months pregnant and had to be subjected to the inorganisation of this set up. Having arrived in Glasgow at 2.30 we eventually got into a B&B at 5.30. By the time we got to Hampden we had missed the Pet Shop Boys. Also had to cancel plans for a meal with my sister as we were supposed to be meeting them at around 4.30 for a bite to eat. Whole set up is a disaster. One guy trying to run everything from what looks like a store room and blaming an old employee for the mess. NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! I will never go near this hotl again, even although he tried to say we could come back again and see what improvements they were trying to make. IT WAS AWFUL AND TOTALLY RUINED OUR TRIP!!!!!

We booked the B Suites in November for 4 adults which was a 2 bedroom apartment for 22nd June 2011 as we had concert tickets. A month before we were due to arrive we phoned to confirm and the guy advised they were over booked and we would have to be down graded to a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed. On arrival at the B Suites we were told they had no record of the booking and the guy we spoke to had been fired, this was none of our business but he kept blaming him. We had to go back into glasgow and wait around till they sorted us some accommodation. We returned 45 mins later and he had nothing - finally he found somewhere and told us this was the same star rating as them 4, he gave us the different in cash and directions. His directions leaded us back into glasgow and 45 mins later we finally found our hotel which turned out to be right behind the B Suites!!!! We were not happy, on arrival at the hotel he sent us to there is no way this was a 4 star as it was just a B & B. We will not be booking through The B Suites ever again!!!!

Had this hotel booked 6 months in advance. Hotel called less than 2 weeks before stay saying the booking had been canceled and a refund would be made. There was no alternative offered as stated in the confirmation letter. The caller was not pleasent at all, infact she actually got quite rude. We are now left with nowhere to stay after booking transport and tickets for an event.
