This pleasant restaurant serves lovely freshly prepared Italian food in comfortable, bright surroundings. The service was friendly and the meal as good as in the past.

We went here because my son likkes Italian and this place had good reviews. It was very good and the whole experience from the staff to the quick service to the excellent food was very positive for us. The pasta sauce was great and the tirimisu amazing!

My partner and I visited this restaurant for a pre theatre which was reasonably priced. The pricing was not set, however starters were £4.50,pastas £6.95 and main courses including rib eye steak were £9.95.The restaurant certainly lived up to its high trip advisor rating.I am a fussy Italian food aficionado and was well pleased with the pasta which was fresh well cooked hot and properly flavoured with the authentic herbs and spices. The décor was minimalist yet retained atmosphere and the service was friendly and efficient despite being full.A very good and well run restaurtant and we will certainly return

Visited before a concert at the SECC, always no it is safe to visit when in a hurray as the service is always impeccable.
It's my favourite Italian in Glasgow for the quality of the food and the standard of service and it never disapoints .
The value for money can't be beaten and it doesn't break the bank.
I introduced this resturent to my children and now when they are in Glasgow with There partners they always make a visit.

We went along to Lamora for a family lunch on Mothers Day and must say we all toroughly enjoyed it from start to finish, or from mussels to doughnuts as the case was.
This was our first visit to Lamora, after receiving a friends recommendation, and it certainly didnt disappoint. The staff were frendly and helpful. Our table was ready and waiting on arrival.
That said the star of the show was the food although it was closely followed by the service of the owner who patienlty served tables in a very busy little restaurant.
Our favourite starters on the day were Mussels infused with Chilli and the Goats Cheese salad.
Every main received rave reviews from the very spicy (by request) arrabiatta, to the chicken & mushroom risotto as well as the papardelle funghi.
Sweets were delicious. Lemon tart was exceptional, the Tiramisu was the best tasted and the doughnuts with chocolate fudge sauce were decadence personified.
We will without question return to this great little restaurant. Anyone wisjing to go Id advise on booking ahead as it certainly appears popular.
