We stayed here early in july and were suprised by the size, location and cleanliness of the appartment. Charlie who arranged my booking was very helpful and qllowed us to check in hours early for a small fee. It has parking on site and is in a great city centre location. The appartment also had plenty of amenities inside such as tea and sugar and the private patio looking on the river was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended and i will definitely return if i need to stay in glasgow again
We had the appartment over new year for a few nights the place was great, very spacious and clean. Great views of the “squinty bridge” Appartment also had all the essentials needed for an over night stay. Great communication with Charlie aswell. Already looked rebook in March however the dates are already booked. Will defo be using again in the future :)
This is a first class apartment: very clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, while it is next to the river, there is no view (it is on the ground level, at the extreme right in the picture). It is not within convenient walking distance to anything of interest (restaurants, grocery stores, tourist attractions). For example, while there are stairs leading up to the adjacent bridge, access is blocked. One must walk back and around a traffic circle just to reach the bridge (about 10 minutes). We walked 30 minutes toward the center of town without passing a restaurant or grocery store. We then hailed a taxi. Since the apartment building is still under construction, parking on the street is taken over by the workers. We parked on the sidewalk and just left the car there for the duration of our stay, using buses and taxies to get into town.
Well located, tidy and clean apartment, very helpful owners and would definitely recommend. We brought an extra person and they brought us an extra sofa bed. Would be very happy to stay there again.
This is a ground floor apartment with a spacious living room/dining room leading onto a lovely balcony area with a lovely veiw of the bridge - lit up at night is is most attractive making a great spot for drinks or even a little barbeque! (Provided!)
I would actually describe it a disability friendly. There is an access ramp, all floors are even, spaces wide enough for average wheelchair - although narrow but stylish kitchen might take some navigating. There is one low step leading onto the balcony, but that is it. Although not disabled my self I have relatives who are so am always on the lookout for good places. Here would also suit the elderly or anyone else not into stairs!
Bedrooms are well decorated with a slightly masculine theme for the en suite, and a more femme style for the other - very, very comfy bed indeed!
Extremely quiet, even though the bridge is right behind with a main road on it. Very peaceful. Parking is easy, bus stops two minutes walk, Tesco Express less than 10 mins away.
Higly recommended and will stay again!
